Kurt Mahlburg calls Wokeness “Marxism applied in a Western context.” In fact, a new religion for mankind.
Its various forms, including –
- Climate hysteria,
- Men in dresses,
- Colonization guilt, and
- Mutilation of children –
all stem from Marxism: Cultural Marxism.

In an address to a conference in the EU Parliament in 2023, James Lindsay laid it out: if Marxism is a genus of ideological thought, its species include
- Classical economic thought
- Radical feminism
- Critical race theory
- Queer theory
- Post-colonial theory
They’re bound together by “intersectionality” and the common logic is Marxist.
Marx was concerned with how we construct ourselves as social human beings. Ownership and control of the means of production was not just economic, but cultural. The early Soviet Union was into creating a “new Soviet man” and the cultural supremo, Andrei Zhdanov, Head of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Central Committee of the Party, mandated that all Soviet arts – literature, painting, music and more – writers and intelligentsia in general had to conform to the party line in their creative works, on pain of persecution.
Marxism teaches that the bourgeois class controls property through Capitalism, and this keeps “oppressed” classes out of it. What was needed was a revolution to bring “equity.” To co-opt the underclass, replace “class” with race. That produces Critical Race Theory, which calls whiteness a form of cultural private property, and this needs to be abolished to have racial justice and overturn “systemic racism.” White cultural production needs to be overturned. Critical Race Theory can be defined as “calling everything you want to control ‘racist’ until you control it.”
Likewise in Marxist economics, you call everything “bourgeois” until you control it.
Queer Theory is an attack on the norms of society as a form of oppression. A Queer is an identity that opposes the idea of normal as defined by heterosexual men and women, traditionalists, and Christians. So we have
- Gender pronouns
- Drag Queen story hour for small children
- Puberty blockers
- Sex change for kids.
Post-colonial theory says the West is the oppressor. It has access to the material and cultural wealth of the world but defines its own culture as superior and wants to impose it everywhere. So decolonization must remove every aspect of Western culture – including the education curriculum (get rid of or rewrite Shakespeare). The goal is to seize the means of control of the production of man and history. Decolonization means
- Rewriting history
- Destroying or ignoring classical literature
- Attacking Christianity
- Rejecting Western law and governance (which includes giving recognition to Islam’s sharia law, which is profoundly incompatible with Western values and norms).
The goal of ALL these movements is the same: Erase the past, Divide society into oppressed versus oppressor, Stir up resentment, Create chaos, then seize control.
Cultural appropriation emerged as a term of abuse. And we ended up with WOKE – a form of identity-based Marxism, a constellation of Marxist species. LGBTQ spawns its activists, so does the Black community. Both are like nations, with flags. (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags, anyone?)
Wokeness is a spiritual battle whose goal is to replace Christianity with a new faith: Communism.
The West is in cultural free-fall because most don’t realize what they’re fighting. They think:
❌ CRT is about racial justice.
❌ Gender ideology is about inclusion.
❌ Decolonization is about fairness.
But these are ALL Marxist power grabs.
The “sustainable and inclusive” future is the new socialist standard imposed on you by Agenda 21/2030. The World Economic Forum and the United Nations are advancing this cultural revolution.
Woke is Marxism evolved to attack the West. If it prevails, we will have a very long, sustainable and inclusive future with absolutely no freedom because the goal is to make us into “global citizens” – a nonsense term, because there is no global sovereign or global citizenship. Their idea of a global citizen is somebody who supports the 17 development goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030. That person has no rights, only responsibilities – slavery. Look at China’s social credit system, the oppression, people disappearing for having the wrong opinions. China is the model toward which Woke brings us. We have to know this enemy and fight it.
Every Marxist revolution ends the same way: Chaos, Suffering, Tyranny, even Genocide. Marxism doesn’t bring equality — it spreads misery. And yet, it finds new disguises and Useful Idiots who think that previous atrocities and massacres were “not real communism.”
We must push back. Here’s how:
✅ Expose the Marxist roots of wokeness.
✅ Refuse to play the oppression game.
✅ Defend truth, and stop self-censoring.
✅ Protect children from indoctrination.
Wokeness is a religion. But it’s a false one. The answer to Marxism isn’t more compromise. It’s MORAL COURAGE.
